Liz Guilliver created her company Kunik to help working parents navigate the impossible: working while parenting. Coming from a background in finance, she noticed top talent leaving the workplace to be a parent, something she found specifically worrisome and relevant as she prepared to enter parenthood herself. With the pandemic seemingly here to stay, the need to support parent employees has never been greater - a need that comes with a market opportunity.
