After traveling to over 500 farmers markets in search of new to market tasty treats, Shane's mission is to introduce the world to the best snacks you have never had or heard of, support small businesses and turn the outdated minibar model into a farm to table snack adventure.

Shane was in the middle of revolutionizing the hotel mini bar when COVID hit. Obviously not a great time to depend on a thriving travel and hospitality industry, but she will share how she used that time to focus on R&D, revamp her offerings, and prepare for the inevitable reopening of the tourism world at large.
