October 6, 2020 After a decade in retail at Ralph Lauren and Amazon learning fashion merchandising, buying, and ecommerce, Sydney Badger teamed up with a former coworker from Amazon to start a "fashion business". That long winding journey to figure out how to build a more financially and environmentally sustainable business in the notoriously wasteful fashion industry eventually led to the creation of a unique business model, her company Public Habit and its audacious double bottom line.
